We do not accept returns or refunds for sealed product on the website. This is due to the nature of sealed product within the TCG world. If you product does arrive damaged or not as described please reach out as soon as possible so we can correct if possible.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order BEFORE it ships please contact us as soon as possible. There will be a 3% cancellation fee. The fee will be taken out of the refund amount before being refunded. This covers the fee from the payment processing company that is non-refundable.
